Customer Reports - Private Smart Meter Readings Report

Welcome to the Customer Reports - Private Smart Meter Readings Report knowledgebase article. 

 

This article will guide you through the process on how you can access the Customer Report for Private Smart Meter Readings and download a copy of the report.

Step 1 - Login to the QGEMS Energy Portal

Navigate to the QGEMS Energy Portal (https://portal.qgems.energy)

Enter your Email Address and Password into the Login box, and click Sign In

 

 

Step 2 - Find Your Customer

Using the Navigation Menu, click on the Customers link




On the Customer List page, click on your Customer. For this example, we are clicking on customer Acme Food Factory

 

 

 

Step 3 - Load the Private Smart Meter Readings Report

Once your Customer Dashboard has loaded, click on the Reports Tab

 

 

 

 

After the Reports page has loaded, click on the Report drop down, and select the Private Smart Meter Readings report to load the report

 

 

 

 

Step 4 - Configure your Report

Once the report has loaded, you can configure your report reading for exporting. 

If you have different meters assigned to the customer, you can select the different meter from the Meters drop down

If you want to switch to view Export readings, you can click on the Import / Export drop down and update the readings that are in view

If you want to change the day currently displayed, click on the Date drop down and select a different day

 

 

 

Step 5 - Exporting your Report 

Once your report configuration is reading, you can choose to Export the report as a CSV or PDF. 

To export as CSV, click on the EXPORT TO EXCEL button, and click EXPORT , where the report download will begin


 

 

 

To export as PDF, click on the DOWNLOAD PDF button, where the report download will begin
