QGEMS AI Assistant (“GEM AI”) – Privacy Addendum

This section explains how QGEMS processes personal and property-related data when you use the GEM AI assistant within the QGEMS platform.

When you interact with GEM AI, the assistant may process and temporarily store the following types of information:

Processing through GEM AI is carried out under the legitimate interest of QGEMS to provide digital energy-management tools and assist users efficiently.
Where required, QGEMS will seek your explicit consent for any optional AI features involving sensitive or identifiable personal data.
